Template Editing

Several of my projects have involved the editing of preexisting Templates. I have worked with editing in both Flash and standard HTML. Below are examples of those templates.

Lakewood Manor Players (LMP) is a comedy sketch group based out of Chicago. The template is a 100% Flash. My responsibilities on this site included adding music to the different pages and editing the base content to reflect the comedic personality of the group. One of the largest hurtles was troubleshooting and coding the functions that are called from within Flash to allow the fading overlay transitions to work properly. Overall, a success.

The Template

Get The Picture

PictureNathan.com is my personal photography site. It was created using a full Flash template. The logos and all text were edited within the site. A Javascript overlay "Lightwindow" was used to display both oversized photographs and video. With the lack of homepage, the Lightwindow function is called at the opening of the site to display a welcome message for the user. A PHP function was created for the online form submission.
